Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Aura GPT application, a service provided by AVi Kairos Srl, a company incorporated under Romanian law with its registered office at Strada Lungă 188, Corp C2, Ap. 2, 500051 Brașov, Romania. The sale of subscriptions and the processing of payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd., which acts as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record (MoR). Please read them carefully before using the service.
1. Who we are
The Aura GPT service is provided by AVi Kairos Srl, a company incorporated under Romanian law, with its registered office at Strada Lungă 188, Corp C2, Ap. 2, 500051 Brașov, Romania. Identification details: CUI 52477194 · Registration no. J08/68/2025 · EUID ROONRC.J2025068492002. You can reach us at [email protected] (hereinafter "we", "the Provider" or "AVi Kairos").
The sale, invoicing and collection of subscriptions are carried out by Paddle.com Market Ltd., acting as Merchant of Record. The terms of use of the application (below) form an agreement between you and AVi Kairos; the terms relating to sale and payment are additionally subject to Paddle's conditions.
2. Definitions
- Aura GPT — the AI-assisted personal styling SaaS application, accessible at myauragpt.com.
- User (or "you") — the adult natural person who creates an account and/or uses the Service.
- Service — the features and content made available through Aura GPT, according to the subscription plan you choose.
- Paddle — Paddle.com Market Ltd., the authorized reseller (Merchant of Record) that processes the sale and payment.
- MCV® — Matricea de Coerență Vizuală (Visual Coherence Matrix), the proprietary method on which Aura GPT's analyses and recommendations are based.
3. Subject matter and acceptance
These Terms govern access to and use of the Service. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using Aura GPT, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
4. Account and eligibility
To use Aura GPT you must be at least 18 years old and have full capacity to enter into a contract. You undertake to provide accurate information at registration, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
5. Subscriptions, pricing and the Founder offer
Aura GPT is offered on a subscription basis. The plans and prices as at the publication date of these Terms are:

The Founder offer is limited to the first 99 users and applies to the first year of subscription; the standard rate of €199/year applies on renewal. Prices are stated in euros and may be inclusive or exclusive of taxes depending on your jurisdiction; the final amount, including any applicable VAT, is displayed by Paddle at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices in the future; any change is communicated in advance and does not affect a period already paid for.
6. Payments, invoicing and Merchant of Record (Paddle)
The sale and payment of subscriptions are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd., which acts as the Merchant of Record (authorized reseller). This means that:
- Paddle is the contracting counterparty for the purchase and collects the payment;
- Paddle issues the invoice/receipt for your subscription;
- Paddle handles the calculation and collection of VAT and other applicable taxes;
- Paddle administers the processing of refunds, in accordance with the applicable policies.
AVi Kairos provides the software service (the Aura GPT application), while Paddle provides the sale and payment service. At checkout, in addition to these Terms, Paddle's buyer conditions also apply to you. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. 7. Available features and roadmap features
At the launch of version v1.0, the Service includes the following core features: the MCV profile, the daily outfit and the smart wardrobe. These are the features included in the subscription at this time.
Advanced features such as Personal Shopper, cashback shopping, Aura Store and Wallet are part of the development roadmap and/or may later be offered as paid add-on modules. These features are not guaranteed to be included in the current subscription and may be modified, postponed or cancelled. The availability, content and price of any future feature will be communicated separately at the time of its launch.
8. Acceptable use
By using Aura GPT, you agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of others;
- upload content that is illegal, offensive, or that infringes third-party intellectual property rights;
- upload photographs of other people without their consent;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the systems, decompile them, reverse engineer them or disrupt their operation;
- automatically extract data (scraping), resell or redistribute the Service or its content without our consent;
- use the Service to train other AI models or to reconstruct the MCV® method.
9. Intellectual property and your content
Aura GPT, the MCV® (Visual Coherence Matrix) method, the software, design, texts, trademarks and all content made available through the Service are and remain the property of AVi Kairos Srl or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property law. The subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right of use, strictly for your own use.
The photographs and other content you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence, solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (for example, to generate the MCV analysis and outfit recommendations). We do not use your photographs for advertising purposes and we do not sell them to third parties. You can delete your content and your account at any time; for details on data processing, see our Privacy Policy.
10. Service availability, changes and suspension
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance, updates and improvements, and we may add, change or withdraw features. We may suspend or restrict access in cases of abusive use, breach of these Terms, or for security or legal reasons.
11. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Because the Service consists of the supply of digital content and online services, the right of withdrawal and the refund conditions apply in accordance with consumer protection law and our policies. Full details, including the exceptions applicable to digital content and the way processing is carried out through Paddle, are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
12. Warranties and limitation of liability
Aura GPT provides styling recommendations of an informational and aesthetic nature, based on the MCV® method. These do not constitute binding professional advice, and final decisions are yours. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", within the limits permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AVi Kairos's liability for damages relating to the use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages or for loss of profit. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including consumers' mandatory rights.
13. Term and termination
These Terms apply for as long as you hold an account or use the Service. You may close your account and cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and access remains active until the end of the period already paid for (subject to the Refund Policy). We may terminate or suspend access in the event of a serious breach of these Terms. Upon termination, the rights to use the Service end, while provisions that by their nature survive (intellectual property, liability, governing law) remain in force.
14. Governing law, jurisdiction and consumer protection
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of Brașov, Romania. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you additionally benefit from the protection of the mandatory provisions of your country of residence, which cannot be set aside by this contract.
You may contact ANPC (the National Authority for Consumer Protection, Romania – anpc.ro) and use the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR) at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. The current version is indicated by the date at the top of the page. Significant changes will be communicated to you by reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
